Regular yoga practice has been associated with improved memory, attention, and overall mental clarity. The brain is able to operate more efficiently when the central nervous system is regulated.

Community Support

Yoga promotes physical health and mental well-being, which can result in individuals feeling better overall. When people in a community are healthier and less stressed, they are often more inclined to support each other.

About Us

Darci was introduced to the foundations of yoga in 2013 and was immediately hooked on the results she felt and changes she saw. After practicing on her own for almost a decade, she made the decision to enroll in yoga teacher training and become a certified yoga instructor and dreams of building a close-knit yoga community in her hometown of Wiggins, MS.
